One click on the Array button draws a box around every row webSlinger detects on the page. Right-click one, pick the fields you want off a menu that shows a real example value for each, and the whole array — header row and all — lands on your clipboard, ready to paste into Excel or Google Sheets. No code, no setup, free.
Why not just screenshot the page instead?
Because a screenshot is a picture to look at, and what you actually want is data you can use -- in a spreadsheet, a script, or a database. webSlinger's selectors bind to the real DOM and network data, not to pixels, so you get the data itself as JSON, CSV, or a clipboard paste you can use right away -- including data that never rendered visibly at all. A screenshot isn't data yet; it still needs an OCR or vision-parsing pass, with its own error rate and cost, before anything can use it -- and it works the same way whether you're using the data yourself or handing it to an agent. For secure credential management and MFA automation
Install keyCocoon for zero-knowledge credential storage and TOTP generation
Pin keyCocoon for easy access to your credentials during automation.
The installer sets up native messaging hosts required for webSlinger to work (Windows only)
Right-click the downloaded file and select Extract All, then choose a location.
Open the extracted folder and double-click setup.bat. The installer will:
Close all Chrome windows and restart Chrome to activate native messaging connections.
Subscribe to webSlinger and get your API key from the Account page
KeyBunker is the credential manager for keyCocoon. It securely stores your website login credentials and TOTP secrets.
Open the Start Menu, type KeyBunker, and click to launch. You'll find it under webSlinger > KeyBunker.
On first launch, create a master password. This encrypts your credential vault. KeyBunker never stores your master password.
Add your website credentials (domain, username, password) and optional TOTP secrets. During automation, keyCocoon will inject credentials directly into login forms without exposing them to webSlinger.
Make sure you installed webSlinger from Chrome Web Store first and that it's enabled in chrome://extensions/
webSlinger installs to %LOCALAPPDATA%\webSlinger (typically C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\webSlinger)
Open the Start Menu and select webSlinger > Uninstall Native Components. This removes keyBunker, taskSpinner, the bundled Python runtime, registry entries, scheduled tasks, and Start Menu shortcuts. Your Chrome extensions are not affected.
